hi guys im back again 🎀 this is going to be a obs + song rec + life lately blog bcs i havent blogged in so long ☹️

first up is obs

obs was such a love hate experience 🤺 i was super scared before obs bcs i was gg pulau ubin, and i really wanted to go ecc but too bad for me oops.. ok but i was rlly happy i had my super close friend from my y2 class in my group so it wasnt that bad!

day 1 - we took the ferry to ubin and had our introduction and got our store ready 🤯 i was in holt (i still dk what all the watches are supposed to mean) and then we like immediately went kayaking?? ok if wasnt actual kayaking it was just to teach us how to use the paddle and how to do the capsize drill i HATE the capsize drill so much it was so hard getting back onto the boat.. and there was water in my nose and it was burning 🔥 and after kayaking we went to shower (i love love love the camp 1 po toilet sm i swear its my favourite ever its so clean) and then we had dinner at the food court place! that was the only day we werent cooking our own food, but i couldnt enjoy it bcs i was feeling so homesick ☹️☹️ like i couldnt even lift up my fork to eat i was so sad and i wasnt even hungry it was really bad 😞 and then we went to sleep! surprisingly it wasnt that hot for me and i only had sleep problems the first night, so that was great!

day 2 - we woke up had breakfast 🥞 and then had our rock climbing 🧗 it was so so fun i loved it sm especially coming down from the top it was so fun!! and it was so fun seeing all the other cedar people at the rocl climbing place i missed everyone so much 😕😕 and the punggol people kayaked to ubin while we were rock climbing i was SO happy to see everyone i almost started crying 😵‍💫 and then we had lunch and had our land expedition to camp 2 🤗🤗 the bags were so heavy but camp 2 wasnt so far away so it was fine 😁 i hated camp 2 though. i didnt realise how great camp 1 was until i reached camp 2. camp 2 was so old.. like there was a literal fire bell that you need to ring and there were so many monkeys 🙉 camp 1 seemed like a resort at this point ☠️☠️ we ate our dinner and went to shower and had our breifing for our sea expedition the next day 🫡🫡 i was super scared for sea expedition but i told myself i would somehow do it 💪🏼 and we went to sleep

day 3 - THIS WAS SO FUNNY ok so we had to wash up pack our stuff and get ready for our sea expedition right so i was walking to the toilet and there was a boy infront of me and he had a bag of clothes with him to change i think THE MONKEY climbed ontop of him and took hid clothes and ran away.. it literally climbed ontop of him 🤗 ok thst was funny to ne but i kind of felt bad for him bcs his clothes were gone ☹️ ok then it was time for sea expedition 🚣‍♀️🚣‍♀️ we had our prayer circle its basically each person in the circle says a wish for the whole group and one of the instructors went first and he said and i quote "i wish a storm upon this group" and guess what. the moment we got into the boats it started raining super heavily.. and we still had to continue 🤗🤗 luckily it stopped soon! but it was super hard for me and my friend to kayak bcs we kept drifting to the side ☹️ like we want to go left but the boat moves to the right?? and we almost crossed the jb boarder too our instructor was yelling at us it was so embarrassing ❌❌ but i think time passed by quite quickly and we reached the exteral campsite and can i just say i hated this place sm. i call it the stinky camp. it was so bad. firstly there were so many ants and frogs and insects 27392920 insects bit me that day it was really bad.. and it was pitch dark in the night so it was abit scary in a way, and there were no toilets. i think the worst part was me peeing in a bush two times 🫡🫡 and then we went to sleep

day 4 - i was really happy today bcs i was going home the next day!! i kept telling myself its almost over hahaah tday we just had our land expedition back to camp 1, which was basically our last main activity for obs!! it was super tiring carrying all the bags around for almost 4 hours, but i did it!! i was super super proud of myself haha oh yes we stopped by a temple during our expedition to have lunch and stuff and we got to feed turtles in a pond!! they were so cute we fed them our left over bread 🥖 it reminded me of my dad bringing me to the pond near his clinic to feed the turtles 🐢 i almost started crying when i thought abojt this but i didnt (siri play no tears left to cry by ariana grande) anyways we somehow finished our expedition and it was time for DINNER 🔥🔥🔥🦅🦅 dinner today was amazing i loved it we had scrambled eggs mixed veggies rice and chicken luncheon with spices and sauce I SWEAR it doesnt seem like much but it was heaven to me 🙏🏼🙏🏼 and then we went to sleep 💤 

day 5 - last day 😞😞 honestly it was abit weird bcs i was looking forward to obs ending the whole 4 days i was at ubin, but once the last day came around i was abit sad?! i mean i really loved the people in my group and my instructor was really sweet as well so i guess i was going to miss them 😕 our instructor made everyone cry bcs he was telling us what a great group we were and he was going to miss us alot and i was so so sad ☹️ we made twine bracelets for each other i hung mine on my pegboard hehe and then it was time to get on the ferry 🫡🫡 i cried when i called my mom when i got my phone back i missed her alot haha my grandma too 😕

ok to sum it up obs taught me alot of things and im glad i didnt decide to skip bcs as hard as it was im super proud of getting through it and it was a great experience 💪🏼💪🏼😁🔥 and thats it for obs!

ok next up life lately i think past few weeks esp after obs has just been mug mug mug so it was really stressful ☹️ but im just glad its over without any major problems honestly i think my only problem now is the fact that i failed chdm but ykw ill just do better next time! i was sad at first then i found it funny now im feeling motivated so yes im going to be a chem god next term trust 

half the squad is disappointed (expected and jiayou!!!) while the other half is laughing... like i was on my knees at the track toilet laughing about my chem it was so funny there were tears in my eyes 🫡🫡 i think ive lost it you know who else has lost it?? claire sim was laughing about failing her chinese listening compre 🤯 BECAUSE YOU WOULDN'T EXPECT YOUSELF TO FAIL LISTENJNG COMPTE but guess what i broke the record!! honestly dk what i'm doing in life rn laughing abt failures 🐥

ok but i had waffles after oral on thursday at fluff stack can i just say i love love love fluffstack sm their pancakes are so fluffy and their ice cream is so good and the food looks so pretty like with the fruits and the sauce ok im done thank you gee no mention of me 🙄
