WE WENT TO HTA 3 TIMES IN ONE WEEK IT WAS THE HAPPIEST WEEK OF MY LIFE THIS YEAR. FIRST WE WENT FOR REVOLVER SHOOTING DRY RUN THEN WE WENT FOR THE ACTUAL REVOLVER SHOOTING THEN OUR FIRST NPAP TRAINING. I'LL TALK ABOUT REVOLVER SHOOTING FIRST.
REVOLVER SHOOTING WAS SO FUN I CANNOT BELIEVE I HANDLED AN ACTUAL FIREARM. I ALSO CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I GOT SIX BULLETS INSIDE THE BOX. ok it's not THAT big of a deal but HELLO??? I THOUGHT I WOULD GET 0 BYEEYEYEYEYEYEYEYE I ACTL GOT 39/80 💩💩 nowhere near marksman but IT'S OK. im sorry if it's not a big deal to you BUT IT'S A HUGE DEAL TO ME. i never thought i would be able to shoot an ACTUAL FIREARM AND GET 6 OUT OF 16 BULLETS INSIDE THE BOX. IM A 15 YEAR OLD WHO CAN (somewhat) SHOOT. THAT'S INSANE.
and it felt so cool handling an actual firearm like 😭😭 IT WAS A REAL FIREARM im STILL IN DENIAL!??!??!!?!?!?!?!?!!!! no way. i was so happy.
ANYW FIRST NPAP TRAINING 🔥🔥
WAS ACTL SO FUN. first things first i would like to get one thing straight. the lunch was SO GOOD BRUH. IT WAS SO GOOD I DIDN'T LEAVE A SINGLE GRAIN OF RICE IN THE BOX. I EVEN ATE ALL THE BROCCOLIS AND CARROTS. although my stomach was going to burst and i was absolutely full I DID NOT WANT TO WASTE THE FOOD OK. food waste is bad. but wasting GOOD FOOD IS WORSE ❌💢😠😠😡 and they really did make us drink a lot more water. i drank one year's worth of water yesterday and i made a HUGE mistake of not going to the toilet when i needed to. AMRUTHA WAS LAUGHING AT ME BC I COULDN'T EVEN COUGH OR LAUGH WITHOUT FEARING THAT EVERYTHING WOULD BURST. i was wearing the Belt some more.. i hope that says enough. anyw ya then we went to woodleigh mall just for the toilet after getting off at geylang methodist and I COULD FINALLY GO TO THE TOILET I HAD NEVER FELT SO RELIEVED BEFORE. NEVER IN MY LIFE. moral of the story don't hold anything in LET IT GO ❄️❄️☃️☃️ LET IT ALL GO.
BACK TO THE TRAINING SESSION. we learnt Sedia, Senang Diri, Ta'at Setia, Rusok Senjata and Turun Senjata with the Flag Pole. i struggled a lil bit for Rusok Senjata and Turun Senjata 💔💔 but it's ok i have 2 more weeks till the next Training. will use the clothes hanging long pole thingy to practise at the carpark bc im pretty sure it's about the same size as the Flag Pole. ALSO I REALISED IM SHORT. EVERYONE WAS SO MUCH MORE TALLER THAN ME IN SFP IM LIKE ONE OF THE SHORTER ONES I FELT LIKE A MIDGET. and mind you im the second tallest in my squad. ok but idk what i was expecting 💀💀 it's literally SFP it's meant for tall people. no way i can grow taller in what roughly 2 months before the actual NPAP?? SO I CAN ONLY IMPROVE ON MY DRILLS. WHICH I WILL trust.
ALSO ARE WE ALLOWED TO TALK TO SENIORS FROM OTHER SCHOOLS.. bc i became friends with a Station Inspector she was so goofy SO FUNNY 😭😭 SPEAKING OF WHICH OMG I HAVE A STORY TO TELL.
so basically while coming back from HTA we wanted to take the back row. but there was already a guy sitting at the last row and he said "GO FAR FAR AWAY" 💀💀 smarty pants amrutha said OH THERE'S 4 SEATS LEFT LET'S SIT but we decided not to bc you see must be considerate to the guy as well right? bc Cedar NP is GRACIOUSLY FIGHTING FOR THE BEST so we graciously occupied the second last row instead. SYAIZAH WAS SITTING WITH HER GOH FRIEND BTW. AND THEN a (highly dreaded) Certain Someone occupied the last row. yoga and en xi were sane. amrutha and i lost it bc throughout the entire journey back to geylang methodist we literally gained so much knowledge about the life of the Certain Someone sitting behind us. bc the Certain Someone and the Certain Someone's JUNIORS were extremely loud 💀💀 we couldn't stop laughing it was HILARIOUS I WAS WHEEZING 💀💀💀💀💀 also we realised some schools don't even have SJL it was SCARY.
ok then time skip to a few mins later amrutha suggested that we throw something at ANOTHER Certain Someone's head (nothing violent do not worry calm down). this guy will be named Certain Someone 2. im going to shorten Certain Someone into CS bc im lazy. anyw ya then i said "throw your fruit plus you can't eat it anyw" why can't we eat it? BC WE ARE HERBIVORES AND ONLY CONSUME VEGGIES. AND FRUIT PLUS HAS GELATINE WHICH IS NOT HERBIVORE-FRIENDLY. back to the point so after much contemplation and detailed discussions for a good 10 minutes we decided that amrutha was indeed going to throw the fruit plus at CS2. and she did. 💀 AND THAT STARTED EVERYTHING WE FINALLY BEGAN TO BOND. then yoga wanted to take an Area picture 😋😋 and we told her to go to the front. at first we tried asking the CS behind us to help take but no the CS claimed himself to be a grandpa 👴 then yoga almost fell she stumbled to the front almost would have rolled down and landed on the driver's seat but thankfully she didn't. everyone started laughing 💀💀 ESPECIALLY CS2.
another time skip after we took pictures! we managed to talk to each other as per normal. ALSO THERE'S A CS3. CS3 INDIRECTLY CONFESSED TO HIS CRUSH but only bc CS2 exposed him to her. IT WAS SO FUNNY IT WAS SO CUTE WE COULDN'T STOP LAUGHING then amrutha yoga and i tried to set them up IT WAS LOWKEY CUTE IM NOT LYING. CS3 WAS HILARIOUS 💀💀 BUD WAS TRYING TO HARD TO NOT SMILE BUT COULDN'T HOLD IT IN BYEYYEYEEWHEHEHWEHEH I DIED. OVERALL VERY ENTERTAINING BUS RIDE i was sad when we reached. i wish it never ended.
overall summary of this extremely long blog is that HTA is my second/third home idk which one and i love HTA SO MUCH. I LOVE HTA SO MUCH. I CAN'T WAIT TO GO THERE AGAIN.
I LOVE HTA. and i'll say it so many times until my voice echoes in the universe. it's my favourite place ever.
