i know im late but its ok 👍

realised that i didnt exactly blog about the whole of AC so here i am !

ok let's begin with Persephone's adventures before AC <insert jurassic park music because why not>

ok so AC Preparation sessions were honestly so fun 🔥🔥 at first i was sad that i couldnt sleep in because i love sleep. and then there's 🍫 who relentlessly tries to wake me up but all my chats are archived and my phone is on silent mode 24/7 ☺️🦶

but then as sessions went by i started to look forward to them because theres just something super comforting about spending time with squadmates at school and goofing around ok i love NP ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 i love Persephone 🔥🔥

back to topic we went to the curtain call to dance ! i remember dancing to super shy a million times hahsahshah not fun i eventually got sick of the song but hey at least most of us got the choreo in the end 🆙🆙🔛🔝 #hardworkpaidoff

and then for lunch we went to prime to get cup noodles + milk tea + potato chips it was yummy ! tbh i miss our AC Preparation sessions just because we would have lunch as a squad and eat almost the same thing every time 😭😭 it was so fun

and then when we had to record our choreo to send to Nyx we had to go to the curtain call again for the next couple of days but no it did not go well because

we kept getting kicked out.

we had to change locations so many times it was lowkey HIGHKEY tiring but yay we made it through ! and then we had to meet up with Nyx 🔥🔥 they're so cute bye. at first it was a lil awkward but after that they opened up to us <3 then it was super fun WE LOVE NYX especially the Skit preparation because brainstorming for it was so chaotic it was basically me and amrutha cluelessly scribbling nonsense on the whiteboard because why not and everyone laughing because we've been clowning since birth

but i swear our plot for the Skit was actually so good we just couldnt act it out properly during the Campfire because we aint actors 👹👹 BUT THE PLOT IS GOOD OK atp i think im just gaslighting myself its embarrassing but ok

OK NOW ACTUAL AC 🔥🔥

first day was not the best in my opinion like SECOND DAY WAS SO MUCH BETTER IN SO MANY WAYS

ok my memory is back!

this year was my first AC 🙏 last year i was overseas doing nothing bye and tbh i was quite nervous because like we had juniors and had to take care of them too and we cant mess up too much also. but honestly? i think we did our best to take care of ourselves AND Nyx. we prioritised Nyx over us because we mainly wanted their AC to go well since it's their first ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹 and if you saw our last year's AC blog (i read it just now and 😭🙏 so proud of our Squad for making it through all that) yes so we did our best to take care of Nyx and ourselves too 🆒🆒🆒🆒🆒🆒🆒 we shall do EVEN BETTER next year as CLs im pretty sure it's gonna be super stressful but it's ok guys we can do this we are Persephone theres nothing we can't survive right 🔥🔥

let's begin with Muster Parade ! sorry but idh much to say except for

1. we never say the NP Pledge

2. we were quite clueless bye

3. there was no rehearsal (apparently there was supposed to be one?)

4. Ma'am Aswatha looked super cool as always 🔥🔥

5. i think we butchered Keluar Baris because it was on such short notice 🙏🙏 day 2 Muster Parade went a lot better 👍

ok now moving on lemme talk about HO Time ! Ma'am Karina was smiling so much she looked so happy idk why because Persephone has never seen that side of her before help????? we've only seen the more stricter side of her but we witnessed something new that day. HER AND HER NEVER ENDING BAG OF CANDIES 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 lowkey found it funny how it lasted until the NEXT day. insane. i think Euphrosyne Ma'ams love our HO very much. Ma'am Rifqa was EXTREMELY enthusiastic it was funny 💀🙏 anyway Ma'am Karina talked about animals ! monkeys ! civet cats ! otters ! um i forgot the rest but ANYWAY UH yes snakes too (i kept thinking of a txt meme bye 😭😭) it was very helpful because the very same day during our lunch we saw a monkey walk glamorously across the track i was ready to summon our HO and CIs ☺️🦶

now ill talk about Fire Drill and Campcraft Test because they need to be talked about.

i was with amrutha for the Fire Drill we brisk walked around looking for Casualties to rescue because we are the RESCUE SQUAD 🔥🔥 ok kidding we arent but anyway she found Ma'am Aswatha by the staricase bye.. and funny story (not so funny actually) we knew which method to use but didnt know how to execute it because????????????? Ma'am Aswatha was sitting down????????????? we had to do the Three Hand Lift (is that what its called im sorry) wait lemme check Campcraft Manual LOL

NO WAIT ITS THREE-HANDED SEAT SORRY FOR WRONG INFO 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

ok but on a sidenote im actually so scared to make errors in my blogs because what idw us to get scolded for wrong NP Terms or not capitalising 😭🙏 i read my blog at least 5 times before posting im a paranoid creature like that

ANYWAY BACK TO FIRE DRILL. ok ya we knew that we had to use the Three-handed Seat but honestly we had no clue on how we were supposed to yk LEGIT carry her????? and her legs were injured also so how to make her stand and sit on our hands????? you see we were evidently going through a crisis. i tried putting her arm around my shoulder and told amrutha to do the same and we tried to get up but HAHA no. to our luck Ma'am Azra came down and she helped us to make Ma'am Aswatha like get up but not actually stand we were still supporting her and we finally managed to make her sit on our arms and we kinda carried her and thankfully after a few seconds she said no need to carry her anymore but im telling you if we carried her for another 5 seconds she would have become an actual Casualty because we would have dropped her im not even kidding we need to work on our practicals 💀💀🙏🙏 i was scared for my life this is definitely something to take note of for next year's AC Fire Drill(s) !

can we not talk about Campcraft Test i have no words 👹👹 thank you for your kind understanding now moving on lets talk about end of day 1 of AC because i havent even started on day 2 and this blog is getting dangerously long 🆒🆒🆒🆒🆒🆒🆒🆒

i was exhausted after day 1 but it went better than expected so no one was complaining

day 2 ! let's go

MUCH MUCH BETTER THAN DAY 1 AND OUR VOLUME WAS SO MUCH MORE LOUDER IT WAS SO OBVIOUS 🔥🔥 ok and CI Time was so fun HUMANS ARE NO.1 ALIENS ARE NO FUN WE LIKE TO EAT BUNS 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯 humans > aliens its a well known fact (look at me being the cause of a potential WWIII between humans and aliens)

TUG OF WAR WAS SAD THE ROPE KEPT SLIPPING OUT OF MY HANDS but turns out it depends on which side of the rope you hold ☺️☺️ and i feel like the rope still cut through my socks I COULD FEEL MY FINGERS BURNING and my socks were too long so it went all the way up my arm 💀💀 and the maze game was entertaining it was fun being blind temporarily 🆙🆙 i was stuck in between Ma'ams it was terrifying but its fine we get over our fears right 🔥🔥 ok yes that is all for these two games

ALSO we got to splash water at everyone BUT I DONT LIKE GETTING WET so i just stayed away ☺️☺️ and i was supposed to shield myself anyway so i think i did my job very well i was completely dry. ALSO MA'AM KAWIN SPLASHED WATER ON OUR CIS AND HERA MA'AMS 💀💀💀💀💀 she's so goofy but we all need goofy people to have fun so thank you for being goofy Ma'am Kawin 🔥🔥 ok but i was so happy i didnt get wet bye i was relieved to extents i cannot explain 👍👍

and then our CIs gave us FROZEN LYCHEE 😝😝 

right when i thought we could sit down and relax

it was time for FIRE DRILL 😭😭

OK BUT WE TOOK WAY LONGER THAN THE FIRST DAY AND MISSED OUT A CASUALTY our dear NCO Ma'am Avanthika 😭😭😭😭😭 the thing is i realised she was missing so i ran up and down with my buddy to find her but we couldnt ok i was so sad 😞😞 but life goes on and so did we and after that it was time for lunch and we could ACTUALLY relax

we got two cans of frozen lychee first but we realised not many Campers wanted the lychee so we returned one can to Ma'ams 🆒🆒 and for the remaining can our Ma'ams helped us open it and we shared it among us turns out it was more than enough ! also can i just say that i underestimated the coldness of the lychee because i put a whole lychee in my mouth and temporarily malfunctioned because it was that cold i think i had a brain freeze

fun fact i do not know what a brain freeze is supposed to feel like. i hope i find out one day.

ok and after lunch we had Campfire Preparation ! ok but we barely had any time so we didnt do much. and after that was Mass Cheering?? but honestly it wasnt Mass Cheering it was just Campers + 2 or 3 CLs 🙏🙏 AND THEN IT WAS CAMPFIRE ALREADY IF IM NOT WRONG i was panicking a lot thanks

at this point we just had to pray everything would turn out right and UM OUR PERFORMANCES WERE QUESTIONABLE????? can i not talk about it thanks

but CLs slayed their Skit ok like it was so coordinated and perfect and so SYNCHRONISED and it scares me that we need to live up to those standards next year 💀💀 its ok guys we will go forth and be strong and dream big and soar high and slay next year's AC + Campfire 🔥🔥 trust

AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT THEIR DANCE LIKE ESPECIALLY PERFECT NIGHT 🔥🔥 no because we stole a few perfect night dance moves for our own choreo and we didnt know our CLs were going to dance to it 💀💀 funny

ok i think that is all we had the Big Sweep after that and we cleaned everything up ! OH CAN I JUST SAY THAT THE YAM SENG WAS SO FUNNY BECAUSE WE DRAGGED IT OUT FOR SO LONG until everyone was breathless 💀💀 the pressure was so real because our Ma'ams were so loud and we had to scream AT THE SAME VOLUME 👹👹 we tried our best and i think we were thankfully louder than expected 🙏 everytime i watch the video i cannot stop laughing because its just all of us screaming at the top of our lungs before we can drink our water 💀💀

also funny story

after the yam seng i wanted to remove my mask to drink the water and my Life was in my hand and when i was removing my mask I ACCIDENTALLY PUT MY LIFE IN THE GLASS OF WATER????????? ya and i couldnt stop laughing after that because what was i even doing 😭😭🙏🙏

and then we had Muster Parade once again but not in the Courtyard it was in the Cage. and we had rehearsal so we kinda knew what we were doing. THE RELIEF AFTER CLEARING OUR AC WAS 🆙🆙🆙🆙🆙 but i want to go back like i miss NP already.. how am i going to survive 1 whole month of no NP? stay tuned to find out i can feel a "I MISS NP" blog coming up soon keep your eyes peeled everyone 🔥🔥
