bye bye :(
so apparently right, a new year (2023) has started and we planned to be much more bonded this year. However, I'm pretty sure none of us had expected this...
WAIT WAIT WAIT before I continue, i think its best if i introduce myself first. HII!!! yall dont have to know who i am but just know this is my first time creating blogs on this website on behalf of my squadmates (they r busy having lessons right now lol) I never blog before so i apologise in advance if i did anything wrong in this post. now back to what i was saying previously...
my squadmates and i are really close (closer than our own classmates?? thats for my case since i feel closer to cca mates than my very own classmates) anyway, since all of us are really close, its hard sometimes to let go of things, or preferably someone, whom we are very close to. that happen to all of us when we found out that 2 of our squadmates are leaving us TT
yall must understand our squad transition first before starting to say anything bad about us :( since secondary 1, we have a total strength of 18 cute y1s in our squad. At the end of y1, 1 of our squadmates wanted to appeal out of our cca. since we all know that she is not the type of person who likes to be commanded or ordered around, we did not mind that actually. however, this year, what makes us really sad is when 2 of our members is also appealing out, and those 2 members were the people who contributes a lot for our squad and they are people whom we can rely to all the times during Parade.
Now that 3 people have left our squad, it was hard at first to adapt to the transition. however, huge thanks to our NCOs for helping us adapt to our squad's transition and move on. although they left us already, they still keep in touch with us and even helped us out with ideas whenever we need to complete things as a squad, such as Debrief Sheet. they were even so proud of us when we achieved something that we accomplished during Parade. i feel like even though they are in their new cca, it felt like as if they never left us and that they are still part of us (not physically tho)
every last Parade of our appealing squadmate, we would hug one another and some of us even cried. we just could not hold back our tears and sadness. we always do this end of Parade when we were walking back to the canteen to put our things down and collect logistics. I hope Ma'ams won't be mad at us for wasting time after Parade just to hug each other tho...
Salute to Victoria, Sheera and Avani for their huge contributions in Cedar NPCC, especially for our squad.
here's what they did:
sheera: command Drills, keep track of time, ensuring everyone is not left alone
avani: do the counting during Drills, command Drills, keep track of time
victoria: ensure everyone is feeling physically and emotionally okay, cheer us up if we were feeling upset about something
THANK YOU GUYS FOR UR CONTRIBUTIONS! JUST REMEMBER THAT WE ALWAYS LOVE YOU AND WON'T FORGET YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS!! MUCH LOVE~
P.S: i did this whole post by myself during my break...hehe...
